Position: Overseas Senior Regional Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop regional market expansion strategies, lead P&L management for key countries, and be responsible for core metrics such as revenue, profit, market share, and customer coverage.
- Build and lead a localized sales team, develop partnerships with top local channel partners, and establish a local ecosystem cooperation framework.
- Personally lead the team to secure key clients, capture head markets, and establish strong local brand presence.
- Dynamically analyze competitors' pricing strategies, formulate regional countermeasures, and ensure business compliance with local data security regulations.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B high-tech hardware overseas sales, including 3+ years in a country/regional leadership role.
- Proven track record of spearheading sales growth from zero in a single region or leading a team to achieve >50% growth.
- Established network with key decision-makers in relevant top channel clients, integrators, etc., within the target market.
- Experience in building, developing, and managing local teams, with expertise in motivating multinational teams.
Position: Overseas Sales Representative
Responsibilities:
- Develop overseas markets and gradually build brand image and market position.
- Identify business opportunities, expand the client network, and achieve sales targets.
- Manage the entire customer process: leads, inquiries, contract signing, payment collection, and post-sales coordination.
- Establish and cultivate local channel systems (distributors), and conduct sales forecasting, planning, and budget management.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English/the local language, capable of conducting professional client meetings.
- Deep understanding of local culture, strong negotiation and persuasion skills, quick-thinking, sharp analytical and insightful abilities, excellent learning and adaptability.
- Experience in overseas channel sales and client development within the security industry, familiar with the full process of international trade (documentation, policies, regulations, etc.).
- Priority given to candidates with established local business resources and client development experience.
- Strong market development capabilities and resilience, willing to accept long-term overseas assignments/frequent travel.
Position: IoT Solutions Architect / Senior IoT Development Engineer
Location: Fuzhou HQ (with potential for short-term global project support)
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and develop the core architecture for AEGLEOS's IoT platform, focusing on device connectivity, edge computing capabilities, and cloud integration.
- Lead the development of high-performance, scalable, and secure software for IoT gateways, edge devices, and sensor networks.
- Collaborate with hardware, AI, and cloud teams to define technical specifications and implement end-to-end IoT solutions for smart security, smart cities, and industrial applications.
- Research
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and ensure best practices in software development and system security.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in IoT system development, embedded software development, or cloud platform development for connected devices.
- Strong proficiency in one or more of the following: C/C++, Python, Java, or Go. Experience with embedded Linux, RTOS, and common IoT communication protocols (MQTT, CoAP, HTTP/2, etc.) is essential.
- Solid understanding of network security principles and experience implementing security measures in IoT applications.
- Familiarity with major cloud IoT platforms (e.g., AWS IoT, Azure IoT Hub, or similar) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a strong plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, a passion for technology, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Fluency in English for technical documentation is preferred.
